Oktober 24, 2011 #3 STEAM TURBINE RECONSTRUCTION DAILY REPORT
11/10/2011 :
- PT.MAS and Chinese mechanic, piping line steam supply before new reducer and inlet main steam pipe for T/G #3.
12/10/2011 :
- Flushing piping line steam supply before new reducer and inlet main steam pipe for T/G #3.
13-22/10/2011 :
- Install new Reducer and install piping line steam supply header after that ( not yet connect to old steam suplly header ).
- Remove piping oil system T/G #3 for washing and cleaning.(continue)
- Connect and welding piping line exhaust T/G #3 to steam supply header from new reducer line.(Continue)
- Install drain system for new steam supply header.
- Install power source and panel control DC.Lube Oil Pump, Sponge Ball Cleaning Condenser and AC.Speed Oil Pump.
- Install power source and panel control Circulating water Pump #4 and Cooling tower Fan #3.(continue)
- Install and replace Temperature gauge for bearing No. 1, 2, 3 and thermo couple inlet main steam after Auto Main Steam Valve and thermo couple lower casing of T/G #3.
- Install Piping line control oil system for governor of T/G #3.
25/10/2011
- Connect and welding line exhaust pipe T/G #3 to steam supply header from #2 reducer line.(oke)
- Preparing Install Auto Main Steam Valve.(continue)
- Remove oil system pipe T/G #3 for washing and cleaning.(continue)
- Install cable for power source and panel control Circulating water Pump #4 and Cooling tower Fan #3.(continue)
- Install piping line instrument for flow measuring and indication exhaust T/G #3 and new steam supply header after #2 reducer.(continue)
- Civil works for construction Cooling Tower Fan 3# (continue)
26/10/2011
- Washing and cleaning piping oil system T/G #3 with HCL ( 10.00 WITA – 16.00 WITA ) and NaOH Two hour until PH:10.
- Continue piping safety valve exhaust #2 reducer.ok
- Welding all support and all elbow steam supply header and exhaust #3 turbine pipe.
- Install cable for circulating and cooling tower fan control panel. (continue)
- Civil works for construction Cooling Tower Fan 3# (continue)
27/10/2011
- Washing and cleaning all oil system pipe with HCL and NaOH sudah selesai tinggal dipasang ke turbine.
- Washing and cleaning all valve for oil system oke.
- Install cable power untuk circulating pump #4 and #3 CTF to control panel (continue )
- Install piping instrument (PDS) For all Indication T/G #3 ( continue )
- Preparing Install AMSV and Main steam pipe ( continue )
28/10/2011
- Cleaning oil tank, oil stainer and oil ejector.
- Install return Oil system header to oil tank.
- Preparing install panel control and power source for DC.Lube and AC.Speed for T/G# 1 and 2. ( continue )
- Preparing Install AMSV and Main steam pipe ( continue )
- Install piping instrument (PDS) For all Indication T/G #3 ( continue )
